1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the hiya baji platform and all associated services. In this document, "platform" refers to hiya baji's website, mobile application and any other digital channel through which the service is provided.

hiya baji is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers slot games, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and various other entertainment gaming services. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user and hiya baji and define the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali, though an English version also exists. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version will be treated as the primary document.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to open an account and use the hiya baji platform:

• The user must be at least 21 years old. Use of this platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• The user must provide accurate and genuine personal information at the time of registration.
• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account cancellation.
• The user must acknowledge that they are of sound mind and are using the service voluntarily.
• Users must play using funds deposited into their own personal account.

hiya baji reserves the right to request necessary documents to verify a user's age and identity at any time. If verification fails or false information is found to have been provided, the account may be suspended.

3. Account Registration

To register an account on the hiya baji platform, the user must provide accurate and complete information. The following details will be required at the time of registration:

• Full name (as per National ID card or passport)
• Correct mobile number
• Active email address (where applicable)
• Date of birth
• A secure password

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account secure. This includes keeping the password confidential, not sharing login details with third parties, and notifying hiya baji immediately if any suspicious activity is noticed.

If access to the account is lost or the password is forgotten, use the platform's password recovery process. OTP verification may be required in such cases.

4. Account Verification

hiya baji carries out a user identity verification process to ensure financial security and prevent fraudulent activity. Verification may be mandatory in the following situations:

• When making a withdrawal request for the first time
• For transactions above a certain amount
• When unusual activity is detected on an account
• During special review of a bonus claim

Verification may typically require submission of a clear photo of a National ID card (NID), passport or driving licence, and where applicable, proof of address and payment method details. Certain services may be limited until verification is complete.

5. Deposits and Payments

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the hiya baji platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). Deposits through any method other than these are not accepted.

Please keep the following points in mind when making a deposit:

• Deposits must be made from the payment method registered to the account — funds sent from a third-party account will not be accepted.
• Enter the deposit amount correctly and keep the transaction reference number.
• If any transaction is not processed correctly, contact the support team immediately.
• hiya baji does not impose any additional charges on deposits; however, the payment provider's own fees may apply.

6. Withdrawals and Cash-Out

The terms for withdrawals are as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800. Withdrawals below this amount are not possible.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the user's own name.
• Winnings earned from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• hiya baji reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until verification is complete.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

hiya baji offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions which must be read before claiming. The main bonus terms are outlined below:

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Before withdrawing bonus funds, a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be completed.

Example: ৳1,000 deposit → bonus ৳2,000 → total balance ৳3,000 → wagering ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

Another example: ৳10,200 deposit → bonus ৳10,000 → total balance ৳20,200 → wagering ৳10,000 × 20 = ৳2,00,000.

7.2 Weekly hiya baji Festival

A 50% bonus on eligible deposits, up to ৳5,000, is available each week. Wagering required: 15x the bonus. Minimum deposit: ৳100.

Example: ৳2,000 deposit → bonus ৳1,000 → wagering ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

7.3 Weekend hiya baji Dhamaka

A 75% bonus on one deposit, up to ৳8,000, is available between Friday and Sunday each week. Wagering: 18x the bonus. Minimum deposit: ৳100.

Example: ৳2,000 deposit → bonus ৳1,500 → wagering ৳1,500 × 18 = ৳27,000.

7.4 hiya baji Cricket Joy

Deposit before placing a bet on any cricket event and receive a 30% bonus, up to ৳3,000. Wagering: 20x the bonus. Minimum deposit: ৳100.

7.5 Other Promotions

Further promotions are also available, including a birthday special reward (up to ৳1,000, 10x wagering) and a Refer a Friend offer (up to ৳2,000 per referral, 12x wagering). Each promotion has its own validity period and terms.

8. Gaming Rules

All games offered on the hiya baji platform are operated by third-party software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe). Each game has its own rules, RTP (Return to Player) rate and statistical characteristics.

• The outcome of each game is determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) system.
• If a technical issue occurs during a game, the bet for that round may be cancelled and refunded.
• Manipulating game outcomes or exploiting software errors is strictly prohibited.
• For sports betting, internationally recognised sources are used to determine results.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the decision regarding the rules for that round is final.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hiya baji platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Manipulating or abusing the bonus system
• Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods
• Playing games using computer programs, bots or automated software
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of a game
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Operating an account on behalf of or for a minor

Violation of these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and legal action where necessary.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

hiya baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms
• Providing false or misleading information
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Failure to complete verification
• At the user's own request

11. Limitation of Liability

hiya baji is not liable for the following:

• Financial losses or losses incurred by the user from gaming
• Games being interrupted due to internet disconnection or device issues
• Delays or errors from third-party payment providers
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence
• Force Majeure circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, etc.

13. Changes to Terms

hiya baji reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• For significant changes, registered users will be notified through available means where possible.
• Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may stop using the service and request that your account be closed.
• The latest version of the terms and conditions will always be available on this page.

14. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, it is recommended to first contact hiya baji's customer support team. The dispute resolution process is as follows:
